I order a milkshake at 11:50 pm and there were not many people, I paid right away and it took them till 12:15 am to get my milkshake to me. I would also like to mention people came in after me, ordered food and had time to eat inside in the time it took them to make one milkshake. The milkshake was good but not 25 min wait good.

Sheetz is sheetz, let’s be real here. We all know it’s not some high quality WaWa level MTO gas station, but on the other hand they do have some good options for food. My food has always been ready relatively quickly. It also depends when you go. Super busy times obviously means you are waiting longer which has never bothered me. There have been times I’ve gone in at later times of the night and some loud and weird customers have been hanging around just yelling and making a scene which is always obnoxious. But I do like that they have a drive thru option here. Always fast and you’re not dealing with as many weirdos. Also some of the staff is really cool but some of them are not friendly at all. Good for a quick bite of that bad for you food!

Figure id update my review since they guy who disrespected me no longer works there. Great place to get food anytime of the day. Stricked or alcohol and tobacco products sales.

My boss and I were refused service after ATM tech falsely accused him of threatening him. Would not disclose reason why they recused to serve us. Assumed tech was correct without checking video, police dept. Filed charges based on mans statement without proper investigation. Instead of explaining why they couldn't serve us. They waited until we reached register to say something. Very embarrassing being punished for something that never happened. Very poor management..

Watch your purchases when ringing up at this location.  The prices shown for  the items on display are different from what prices the cashier rings up, and the store only honors the cost at which the cashier rings up even if the sign it still visible.
