Sure,  you can buy gas here,  but know that they have some of the slowest pumps I've ever seen. Additionally, the air compressor's gauge reads high when compared to my own, verified, gauge.

You think that maybe the could post that the car wash machine does not take payment BEFORE you even get into the line. So that you don't have to wait 15 min in line to find out you have wasted your time.
