This salon was great back in the day. You can tell the owners & most clientele are past caring. I went in last week for color. The stylist & I agreed upon a picture of how I wanted it to look. When I left she knew it was wrong. She said it "should" look good after I wash it at home a couple of times. Really Ashley?? I should be able to walk out of a salon with my hair actually looking like we agreed upon. I should walk out feeling great about how my hair looks. I paid almost $200 for you to ruin it. Thanks.

I always have my hair done by Ashley and she's one of the kindest workers! She's very talented and honest and beautiful. She has a lot of experience and I think it's great! I've done colors, cutting, lowlight, and the Brazilian blowout.

This is a relaxing quiet place. I was not satisfied with the first person that had colored my hair. I called and spoke with Michelle, the manager who had no problem getting me in to have the problem fixed by Mandy. She did an awesome job and Michelle was very sweet and understanding.  Thank you!

It was my first time at Sharon's Salon in Arlington tx. I was recommended by a friend that came in a couple of months back. The staff was nice and professional;but I did not like how my hair turn out to be. I was not able to see my hair good enough inside the salon after they finish but once i was out side instead of highlights it looks like I have gray hair. As a hair stylist you should be able to tell the client what looks good and what doesn't. I don't know better that's why I go to a professional so I can't looks great not to pay money and come out worse. I don't think I will be going back with that person or to the salon I was really dissapointed of this place. I was trying to have a closer place to were I live because I have one in Dallas and it's great but it's a little far for me but I guess I am coming back to the Dallas Salon😊
