I loved it! It was my first time here and I will definitely come back. I made an appointment for a deva cut + care. Tanya Steele is so great. She made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted, while talking she told me about her own experience going to hairdressers who didn't know how to style her curly hair and ensured me that would never happen to any customers of her. And she was right! My hair looks so healthy and hydrated! She gave me a lot of helpful tips. I would definitely recommend her and this salon!

Ladies I would reccomend really listening to the stylist you book with when you go in. I’ve had 3 or 4 great experiences and 1 not so great. But here’s the deal: just don’t book with that one bad one ever again. If a stylist is immediately telling me I need a cut not a trim when I’m routinely in the shop with my own stylist (she was out of town that week so I got in with beautiful) and have a special person I go to separately who specializes in cut (they train others on cutting and he’s the only one i will do a real cut) , it’s a red flag that i not only wont allow them to touch my hair again or sit in their chair, but definitely not with scissors. The salon is great but I’d say: let’s not bad mouth one bad stylist when there are  6 others that do a great job. Everyone that does hair thinks they are an expert. I believe the bad one just doesn’t specialize in any hair type outside of her own 3a. My last 2 appointments have been great and my daughter loves this place too. Main point: if you are hesitant about the advice then just get a style without scissors. And follow up with someone I’m hair that you trust for a 2nd opinion. That’s your best bet.

My stylist, koi, did a decent job at my hair but her customer service was extremely lacking.I’m not sure if she was going though something or if that’s simply just her personality but she was extremely dry and not very personable at all. There was no real conversation during my appointment, and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience at all 

She’s also not very honest. I asked her to use a color safe shampoo and conditioner as I’ve just recently dyed my hair. Which I do not think she did. As she was rinsing me I asked her if my color was bleeding out, which she responded “no.” However my grandmother who was with my at the time later pointed out on my way home that she seen a lot of color wash out as I was being rinsed, contradicting what koi had said.

I don’t appreciate being lied to and don’t appreciate kois terrible customer service. I’m not sure I will be back.

Hueti full Salon is awesome! ReJean was a JOY TO COLLABORATE WITH!!! And that's what it is...a collaboration. You ask questions, she asks questions. It was a lovely experience and she's a lovely lady. And them STEAMERS!!!!! If you are getting your hair steamed...you don't know what you're missing.
