I went to Nail Care for years and was one of the first customers there when it very first opened.  I paid $30 for a nail gift certificate for my daughter and the owner knew me very well by name since I had been coming there since day one! I did not have the paper that she wrote the gift certificate on, long story short, she said she DID remember that I paid for it, but would not honor it.  WOW, how could you do that to a customer of over 8 years?  I had no complaints about the service at all, always got a great pedicure.  But that is just very poor judgement and bad business.

Been going here for three years! Very clean and nice people. Ever once in a while they have different people and they're not as good as the older lady's but still do a great job. I'm very pleased with this place and recommend it to everyone. I'm not saying they're prefect I have had my nail cut too short before but it was clearly an accident and she immediately cleaned it up and apologized and it was fine the next day. Always smiling faces, and the customers are always friendly as well as the staff. They have wine too which is a plus!!!

This is the only place I have been that listens to how I want my pedi done!  They really do pay attention to each customer.
