I would highly recommend working with the agents and the staff at Blanchard & Calhoun.  Outstanding customer service.  They always go above and beyond in everything they do!

I wish I could give negative stars.
*The rental agent was unavailable for 4 months.
*The rent check was short on several occasions.
*The tenants broke contract and the agent didn't do a single thing about it.
*The tenants didn't pay last 2 mths rents b/c they thought the contract ended, even though they asked to move out.
 * The deposit was given to us, but was still charged a management fee.
*We didn't receive the last month's rent.

Working with the Relocation team at Blanchard & Calhoun is always a pleasure.  They are always professional and communicate in a very timely manner.  Their service and expertise is "top notch"!!!!

The agents and staff at Blanchard & Calhoun are an absolute delight to work with!  They care about their clients, their community and one another - it's obvious from the moment you walk in the door.

Almost zero representation and they definitely do not work in the best interest of their clients. The fees they charge are basically for accounting purposes only.
