I would like to praise Jessica Norton, Property Manager, and the Sherman & Hemstreet staff. Jessica has been incredibly helpful in general, and specifically in keeping me in the loop regarding my properties. When I've needed repairs, all I must do is let Jessica know and she has a contractor do the work in a timely fashion, and at an economical price. I’ve always been satisfied with the quality of work that her contractors do. Jessica has updated me numerous times regarding the outcome of inspections and has recommended excellent solutions. I work full time, and having a competent, knowledgeable, and professional property manager is vital to the success of my rental properties business. I never have to worry about the condition of my properties, my rental income, or tenant problems because Jessica does a fantastic job. Thank you, Jessica.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Sherman & Hemstreet, especially Michael Parnell. We started working together a couple of months ago to find a new commercial location for my growing company. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to what we needed which is not the experience I had with another firm in town. What impressed me most about him was that he was very thorough in finding the properties that fit my needs. I was always able to get in touch with him which is a rarity these days. In the end it is on hold until the next year but without a doubt I will be calling Michael to help me get into the space he helped us find if it's still available. I would highly recommend!

Great company! My parents have been in the market to downsize their current home and have been working with a gentleman named Michael Parnell. He has been such a pleasure to work with! He not only takes the time to show (my sometimes picky) parents homes but he also answers all of my questions so he is working double time for us! My parents and I would recommend him and Sherman and Hemstreet to all of our friends! Y’all keep up the fantastic work!

Thank you, thank you Michael Parnell for all your hard work in selling my house! My home had been on the market with another company for more than a year when I got in touch with Michael. Within 10 days of him listing the home, we had a full price offer! The closing had some unexpected hurdles (not on our side) but Michael stayed on top of things and looked out for my interests throughout. It's tough selling a house when you've already moved out of state, but Michael was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the Augusta area.

Jessica Norton has been an exceptional property manager for my condo rental unit. She met me there at short notice. We have had very productive conversations and Jessica has always followed through with what was discussed re. what needed to be done to the property. All of the work people she recommended have done a good job at a reasonable price. Thank you Jessica for taking good care of my rental property.
