I am highly disappointed with the facility. When I did a final move out and went to turn my keys in on February 3rd I was told that there was so prorating on move out and I had to pay for the full month. He apologized that previous management had not told me but there was nothing he could do for me. 

My issue is that I called the facility a little over 30 days before I was going to move out to make sure there was nothing i needed to do. There was no mention then either that I'd be charged the entire month if I moved out on the 3rd. Had I known I definitely would have made arrangements to move out by the 1st. Bad businbus practice in my opinion and I want to help make others aware. I had no problem with them while my stuff was there which is why I'm giving 2 stars.

Climate controlled and friendly helpful employees.  Very knowledgeable.

My experience could not have been better.  Even with the increases and addition to the room required Daniel always had the best solution and  a great attitude despite the frequent changes. (about 3 times) When it came time to haul the stuff to a new place he set up the right truck and all the details,  he even found a last minute replacement for the movers I hired that did not show.
