I'm sorry if I could had rated this unpleasant experience any lower please believe me I would've my wife has been sick so in an effort to make a return on a pair of boots that she decided that she didn't want I wanted to save hee the hassle and made an effort to return them for her so she gave me the debt/credit that she used just in case the money for the transaction had to be placed back on the card so I get to the store and I'm asking if I want instore credit and I said no so she asked me if I had the card that was used for this transaction I said yes so I tried to swipe the first time it didn't work so I ask could she type it in manually she said no and then she asked if I wanted store credit again so I finally got it to work oh she's the only person that can make a return even though it's going back on her account can I bring in her ID no you but you can get store credit I'm like really worst service ever guess some places you best using cash

Service here was horrible. Manager was extremely rude. Went in with my sister to buy a pair of toms that were on sale. I had bought another pair just a day before and it took about 15 minutes for someone to ask if I actually needed the shoe I was holding. No one was even in the store when my sister and I went to get her pair, and it still took them a good 7 minutes to actually ask us if we needed anything even though she was walking around the store with the shoe she wanted in her hands. When we went to pay the manager who was helping us asked for her email address, she said no. Then handed the manager a coupon for 5 dollars off her purchase of 25 or more. The manager rudely said "how did you get that coupon if you didn't sign up for emails" I chimed in that it was mine and she replied "why don't you get your own then?" UHHHH what???? Continuing on, after paying on the keypad she said well just say no to that cause you won't sign up for emails. Let it go? Will not be back and only reason she bought shoes was because of a good sale. Also very pushy about buying the water repellent spray after we told them a few times we already had it! Geez.
