If you are a skateboarder, don't even consider going to Zumiez to buy actual skate gear. Buy some clothes there if you must, but let Zumiez know that they have no place in selling real skateboards. Zumiez betrayed and exploited the skate culture that it sprang from, so we need to make it clear that they are a now clothing store and no longer a skate shop. If you have to drive two hours to a real skate shop, it will be worth it just for the comfort of knowing that you are not contributing to the Zumiez machine.
I will not rest until Zumiez is divorced from skateboarding culture altogether. You do not represent us, Zumiez!

So I came into the store and bought a whole new complete setup. Went down to Provo Park and skated for about an hour before I snapped my brand new enjoi deck. Although that was a bummer, the customer service I received was incredible. They were super bummed and hooked me up with a brand new board and grip tape for nothing extra. I was expecting a bunch of cooperate BS excuses on why they couldn't do anything to help me, but I received 100% amazing customer service. 

Thanks Zumiez for being great and helping me out today. Keep it up

Staff was super helpful about their longboards. They have a very good selection of boards and equipment.
