I have known Paul at Shift Motors for years now and have been a service provider to them as well as a loyal customer.  In fact, once I purchased my Mini Cooper S from them it opened a can of worms and now half a dozen of my friends and family have joined the Mini club and none of us are looking back!  Reading a few of the other reviews on here I felt obliged to let the world know that I feel Paul and Shift go well above and beyond what is expected and necessary.  With my purchase, I decided against buying any extra warranty and when a few weeks later I contacted Paul to ask for advice on a sticky door handle, he had it checked out and replaced at his own cost.  He had no obligation to do so and I have no doubt any other dealer would told me 'tough luck' since I refused extended warranty but not Paul, i think this shows he really cares about serving and maintaining his client base as opposed to just making a quick buck.

Purchased a 2015 Model s from shift, overall a great experience, great service, fair pricing, great follow up service.  I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Great experience in buying a Mini from Shift Motors. Arshad was very knowledgeable and professional. No pressure sales at all. Took his time explaining every thing about the car. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used Mini!
