You get what you pay for! This dealership is all about hitting their quotas and numbers. Be sure to do your own research before going in. They will give you a good deal but they will sell you the vehicle that they need to sell not necessarily the vehicle that is best for you and your family. Salespeople lack knowledge of the vehicle beyond the name and the ability to read the window sticker. When asking about the specific features, they often provide misleading answers. Before closing the deal, go home and review the offer as they often use high pressure sales tactics to close the deal.

I worked exclusively with Deanna and Nicola to secure my Jeep Cherokee and I could not be happy with all aspects of the transaction. Deanna is a true professional, who cared deeply about making sure I was happy and I was getting the value for my money. I was so impressed with her work that I specifically asked for the General Manager to let them know Deanna is that talented. 

I also worked with Nicola on the paperwork and found her to be sociable, straightforward and very prepared. 

I could not be happier with my car and my experience.

One thing i would like to commend this dealership for is that they are a no-haggle dealership. The price on their website was the price they were serious about. To me that is just honest business, and is something i appreciated.

Do not get any service at this location if you care about your vehicle. I brought my vehicle in today just for a simple oil change. They over filled the oil and it went all over my engine compartment. They washed it all with some kind of smelly degreaser and now the inside of my vehicle which I keep in pristine condition, has a toxic smell that will make you feel like vomiting. The service manager gave me the next free oil change coupon that I threw in the garbage. Never again will I come to this location. The service people here are highly incompetent.  Save yourself the frustration and look for better location.

Update: Manager just called me, he wanted the review removed. He said everyone makes mistakes and I am not welcome at this location, like I ever would come back.
