Always get great service here. Just set up an appointment and they get the job done right away.
Really friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff.
I send my daughter here for here Mazda 5. She's away at university and needs to drive a long way home.... the service department knows this and makes sure she is ready for every trip.
I trust these guys to look after my daughter and they never let me down!

The actual purchase of the car was fine. I liked my salesperson. After I got my car a couple of things happened that didn't impress me. They said they would order and replace weather stripping around a door. I was never called, and when I called a week and a half later they managed to track down the part but it was not connected to my name. So it was nice  they did it for me  but frustrating that I had to track it down myself . Also, when I picked up the car, there was only one key. When I asked about a spare key I was told that I should be getting one. I was never called about that either. I called the dealership on two separate occasions and told them the situation, but I was never called back. Which was disappointing. I've given up on that spare key.
I would like one more thing that I forgotten about. The empty rust protection they try to sell you is, in my opinion, a total scam. It is an electronic device mounted to the car that's supposedly prevents rust. I researched these devices and I found no conclusive evidence that they prevent rust. It really makes me wonder about this dealership that they are willing to sell these devices.

By far the best Mazda Dealership!! We bought a Mazda Speed 3 from them for a great price and with great service. The people here are super nice, they explain the process and catches very well. As well as getting you the best possible deal they can. The place itself is always clean and respectable. They can get busy sometimes but their service is worth a little bit of waiting.

We were sold our car last year by Bruce B.  He kept us in a hot room for 5 hours essentially playing games with us over pricing.  He also didn't take us seriously because of our age although my husband and I are both professionals.  I wish he didn't make commission off us but by the end of 5 hours we knew we didn't want to have to come back again.  

The reason why this review isn't 1 star is that we received exceptional service from the other employees at this dealership.

Don't go to Bruce.

Always a pleasure dealing with leggat Mazda. Was in today working out a deal with Jeff which will be the sixth vehicle my family purchases from him. Their customer service doesn't stop at the showroom either, great service department with friendly knowledgeable staff.
