Always has super friendly and quick service. They are very transparent in all they do and provide a summary sheet of inspections done on your car. Also, free car wash and tire adjustment on the fly? I've never heard of that before! The snacks and drinks are great too, and seating is very comfortable in a spacious setting. I enjoy every visit!

We found our experience at Burlington Nissan to be stress free.  The sales staff is very helpful and informative.  We worked with Gordon and found him to be knowledgeable about the products and a real people person.  Would recommend the dealership and Gordon although he is really busy so you may need to wait for his availability.

This is the worst dealership of nissan.
My car lease is scheduled to expire this month and I've been waiting for more than 2 hours in the dealership for someone to talk to.

The front desk told me that there is only 1 guy who deals with lease and he's very busy.

Like just one person??? I've been here for more than 2 hours and she's said that they'll call me when he's available.

This place is a joke. Meanwhile I've given my car for servicing and even after 2 hours they haven't yet started working on it.

Pathetic.

Amazing service, made us feel appreciated and had all paperwork done and the car ready on time. Was really knowledgeable about the car they were selling to us and found the best price for us. As a bonus they gave us a gift basket which was a cute surprise. Would definitely come back.

Bought my Nissan Murano here 6 months ago.  I have only been in a couple of times for an oil change. I have dealt with Patrice and Dean in service.  Everyone should be like them, friendly and courteous.  Great service!
