Awesome awesome selection of shoes. I wanted a pair of gray tigers in a particular size. She ended up bringing me several colors and a couple different sizes and I went with a totally different color and size than I thought I wanted. They are unique, especially to my area since I'm not from here. I feel sad for these terrible reviews because I had an awesome experience with the owner. Hopefully people give this really awesome women's shoe store another chance!!

Walked into the store wanting a pair of birkenstocks. I found the pair I liked along with the right size. The older lady working at the store suggested that I buy a bigger size. I have never owned birks before so I trusted her judgement. I walked out of the store wearing the shoes along with 2 other pairs of shoes I bought while I was there. I spent a total of $415 dollars. As I walked home I realized they were too big. I had an extra pair of flip flops in my car so I took them off and set them aside until I had time to return them later that week. When I went in to return them I had the receipt but not the box because the owner didn't give it to me when I bought the shoe. The older man working in the store was so rude to me. He told me he didn't think they were too big for me and since I didn't have the box and wore them out of the store he would not accept them back as a refund. I told him that the woman working at the store when I bought the shoes was the one who fitted me poorly and that they should honor their mistake and return policy and take it back. He was extremely mean and belligerent to me and said "I will not help you, you can leave". I will never go back to that store and neither will any of my friends or clients. I am disappointed in my local business.

The saleswoman in this store is extraordinarily rude. I have wanted to buy shoes from them a number of times, but each time have been turned off by the insulting attitude. Maybe she needs politeness training?
