We needed to have our carpet stretched that was put in by our builder. Since Showcase Carpet was close to our subdivision we decided to call them. Marcie came out & measured each room & we decided to put in a better pad while they were doing the work. We moved all the bedding & knick knacks & the workers moved all the furniture & put everything back in the original space. I had expected to vacuum when they finished, but they vacuumed each room before putting the furniture back in & cleaned up our dark hardwood floors all the way to the front door. Would recommend the family owned business to everyone needing flooring. They are very professional & friendly!!

My daughter's townhouse had a first floor water 'event' and the laminate was destroyed. We went through a national chain to replace it and the problems began. When relaying our problems, a friend recommended Showcase, I decided to take a chance. I went there that same day and explained our situation. That was on a Wednesday. I took home some samples and they measured her place by the end of the day. We chose a product by the next morning and 4 days later, they installed her new floors. They are absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed with the staff we dealt with, the service, the competitive prices and the quality of the product. Our family will be doing more business with them in the future as well as recommending them to our family and friends. Small town, detailed-oriented service with competitive prices, a great combination!!

The service and follow-up were outstanding from start to finish. We had used them for a smaller job three years, and had been quite pleased with their service then. This time, on a bigger job, the service was every bit as good. The whole process came off exactly as it was supposed to, exactly when it was supposed to. We would certainly use them again if we had a need fro flooring in the future.

Cliff and Marcie are a brother-sister team who honestly understand personal service. I had wanted to install wood floors and had to present to an HOA a case that the wood floors would not present a noise issue. Cliff invested extra time researching and providing to the HOA information about the newest technology to prevent foot drop noise on wood floors. Every appointment was kept, promise fulfilled and both displayed the ultimate in patience in the decision making process. Their quotes were accurate with no hidden or unexpected costs and the quality of the work was exceptional. This was a very, very memorable experience!
