Very helpful and easy truck rental. The rest of the experience was poor. Needed help loading material onto their truck I rented. I went back inside and asked for help loading some very heavy material. If no help they would find this old man dead in their loading area. They said just be patient. I said ok and waited by my load for 15 minutes. Then I proceeded to load it myself. I watched 6 employees in a group walk by coming back from lunch. As I neared being finished 2 guys came out and helped a lady load insulation. After I finished I went to these 2 guys and asked for help and expertise on if I had it loaded and to help tie it off where it would not be lost in the road. One of them cut off about 20 foot of twine and said they are not allowed to tie things off. No help again and no advice. This old guy is ruined for the day, only energy to type review. For the record, I have been a great customer for years, first complaint ever, but first time in this area.

Outstanding customer service award for July goes to Karina. Three times in the last 2 weeks we had tried to find an an item that I needed. No one could find any, but the computer showed that they had two on hand. She must have searched every nook and cranny and half the store but she did find them squirreled away. Thank you Karina. Your experience can range from bad to very good. It really depends on who you work with. Some are very knowledgeable, some are very helpful, and some are neither.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We're in the middle of a home renovation and here often. We bring a dog or two with us almost every visit, as they are pet friendly. The employees remember the dogs names and always say hi to them. Love shopping here!

Got a great deal on a brand new gas oven with convection oven setting. It had a few scratches and dents but for the price I didn't care they where minor and it was over 50%off. Staff wasn't to knowledgeable about the products they had on hand seemed shocked when I showed them this was the oven i wanted and how much it was. Wouldn't let me purchase it until someone with a truck came to take it home for me.

Yeah Home Depot is all heart! Jacking up the prices for poor Huricane Victims.! That's just so great of them to kick you even more when your at your lowest!
