Well first off if I could give negative stars I would but unfortunately I can't. Coming into this store was very pleasant. The sales lady Cindy who we dealt with was amazing and very friendly. She gave us space to look around and answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the perfect bunk beds as a gift for my nephews and sister. She gets a five star rating from me. The negative rating is for the treatment after purchase. We were told our bunk beds would take at least 4 weeks to be delivered maybe longer. That part I'm okay with. It's been over 4 weeks now and we have called to check on the status. They have told my sister they will get back to her in a few hours. But still no call backs. Now every time we call we get a rude manager or customer representative on the phone who yells at us and states she doesn't have time to deal with us then immediately hangs up on us. There is no call to act that way toward anyone especially to someone who has payed a lot of money on a expensive piece of furniture. I'm to the point of canceling this item and ordering something online elsewhere. Since I have not received the furniture yet. 😡

Purchased a power recliner and power love seat , the chair was right, loveseat not so much, finally got the right one on the third try. In the end they made it right with us and so far we love the furniture...

We just bought living room tables, lamp and a picture. Donna, the sales lady was fabulous and I would refer anyone to her. The best ever at furniture store. The boys.
