This store has no sense of good customer service at all. Do not go to this store if you want to be treated like a paying customer. My bed was scheduled to get delivered today (after waiting a week) They come to deliver and realize they have brought the wrong size. Instead of trying to make it right with the customer they basically tell me sorry the best we can do is bring it to you a week from now your you can have your money back in 1-3 business days. Never again will I send anyone to this store. Absolutely unacceptable.

If you don't feel like waiting forever for your new bed to be delivered- go somewhere else!  Sales reps cant tell you when anything will be delivered they know absolutely nothing about the delivery times available. Then when you do get an email from the steinhafels delivery team- they pick the most inconvenient time in the middle of the work week. When you call customer service to reschedule they cant reschedule for a later time in the same day- it has to be for a date that's pushed out much further from your original delivery date.  If you work full time and during the day - this causes a huge inconvenience, especially due to the fact i have to wait another 7 days to get my bed delivered on top of the 7 i have already been waiting for it.
