Hard to find things compared to Menards and most of the employees only know what's in their small section of the store. Often if you ask where something is located you are sent on a wild goose chase.

Had to use the handicap cart and unfortunately it might not have been charged enough. That cart went slower than a slow stroll!!

I had 1 of the Greatest talks with an Employee that guided me to the merchandise that I needed. She was so amazing with her Customer service that she even knocked off $25 dollar's for my portable AC unit because home depot was out of the other AC unit that I came in for. It was a Blessed day with Home Depot

I needed a new door and made an appointment for an installer to come out and measure. They never showed up and wouldn't answer the phone until eventually I got disconnected. I'm very disappointed in Home Depot.
