Silver lining is a wonderful place with excellent jewelry and fantastic customer service. I have been coming here for years and everything I have purchased has been exactly as represented and the prices are phenomenal !! I have referred many people here and they have also all become longtime customers. The store is clean and the array of jewelry nothing short of amazing. And they have jewelry in all price ranges and can also do custom pieces. So glad I found them and would recommend them without reservation.

This place is awesome! I called looking for a particular item and wasn't able to run right over to look. The customer care associate actually sent me a text with the item so that I could determine if I wanted it or not.... perfect customer service for a busy holiday season!! Thank you sooo much, I will be shopping with you again!

I saw a beautiful yellow gold diamond ring at Silver Lining Jewelry, but I like the white gold, so I asked Kay if they can do a custom-made white gold ring for me since I already had a diamond. I bought the diamond at their store in Gresham. Kay made a phone call and ordered the ring mounting for me right away. She was honest and straightforward. She explained everything to me how much it gonna cost. She told me it would take about 2 weeks, but to my surprise, she called me 3 days later and told me the ring was ready. The ring looks stunning. It was exactly what I wanted. I wished I could post a picture here. This is the second time I visited their store. On my first visit, I did not make any purchase, but Kay and Sandy were helpful and patient. They showed me all the pieces of jewelry I wanted to see and answered all my questions. I had a very pleasant visit at Silver Lining Jewelry. Come and see it for yourself.

I always enjoy going in here ever few weeks. They have some pretty amazing deals and very nice merchandise. The women who work there, are always a charm to be around. Would recommend this pawn store to everyone. I'll be back for more deals in a little.
