Alex and team are amazing! Having an idea what i wanted for a ring and not being able to find it anywhere, Alex helped custom design a work of art. I felt completely comfortable from start to finish with the level of detail Alex gave at every step of the process and his determination to make sure the ring came out exactly as I'd hoped. I was never pressured for a moment on any decision and truly feel Alex wants the best for his customers even if it means not buying from Medallion. Cannot say enough good things about my experience and recommend everyone go to Medallion.

Of all the jewelers we visited, Medallion was easily the most straightforward place to go for sorting an engagement ring. Alex was very flexible and accommodating. He genuinely wants to see his customers do well. I would highly recommend his business anyone looking for a ring.

Went in to sell a vintage Rolex handed down from my mother in law. The jeweler came out looked at me and then the watches for about two seconds. Rudely talked to me assuming they were fake or that I'd stolen them. Clearly he does not know designer boots when he sees them. What an arrogant prick. Do not support this place.

Stop your search and visit Alex at Medallion Jewelers. Easy breezy fo sheezy! He's super friendly and professional. His dogs are adorable. The rings he crafted for my wife and I are beautiful! Nothing but praise for Alex and co.

I visited Medallion on the strength of the other reviews I had read - and they were spot on. Though I didn't ultimately purchase a ring from Medallion, Alex and his team's service and flexibility were superb. As a first-time buyer, I appreciated Alex's "bedside manner." He made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't being taken advantage of. I would not hesitate to confirm the many other glowing reviews and recommend you visit Medallion for your jewelry purchase.
