Britt Simon and his firm are wonderful people.  I wasn't expecting pay $3500 but it was a very complicated situation involving multiple municipalities and courts at different levels.  He was very professional with me and kept his word. I don't get treated respectfully very often in these types of situations due to my appearance (tattoos and piercings).  But he took me seriously,  listened to what I had to say and gave it to me straight BEFORE taking or asking for any money. Mr.  Simon and his firm delivered on their promise and clear My name and since have benefited greatly fr their services beyond just the courtroom.  Best experience I have ever had with an attorney and would recommend him and his firm to anyone seeking a great attorney who will get things done in a timely and professional level at a reasonable price and the best thing of all RESULTS!!

I found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time, luckily I had the sense to contact the Simon Law Group who came through for me in the face of some serious charges that would have been incredibly inconveniencing.  They also worked out a payment plan with me which made it much easier on myself financially.  Everyone at the Simon Law Group was professional and attentive, I especially liked how well informed they kept me throughout the whole case whether it was via email, text or calls. I highly recommend these attorneys.

Simon Law Group was great; they explained everything, very soothing. Their staff is fabulous, especially Lydia. She bent over backwards to help me and make sure I had all the info I needed. I can't say enough about them. Referring to all my friends for sure.

Terrible experience, NO STARS! Was supposed to get just fines, wound up with over $1000 in fines and year probation for loitering. Would have been better off defending myself.  Also they gave me a price, then said price would increase if certain conditions applied. Those conditions did not apply, yet they still tried to collect the additional money. I always go to court with a lawyer, and wouldn't recommend otherwise. However with this lawyer, the public defender is seriously a better option.

Britt Simon is an amazing attorney who has gone through extensive training on DUI defense. I have worked with him and highly recommend him for anyone needing representation for a DUI arrest!
