I have been shopping at Simons and looking at their competitors for years. We keep coming back to their store time after time for the great selection of unique jewelry and uncompromising service. From the sales people to the owner to the service guy, they always deliver the most professional service which makes purchasing from them a great value. Me and my wife stopped in to see the Rolex watches during and were not prepared to buy. However, we were treated as if we were and it was extremely nice to be welcomed. The lady "Stacey" had my wife's rings cleaned and was extremely profession the entire time.

It’s safe to say that there is a tremendous, almost overwhelming, choice when it comes to choosing a jeweler.  Despite this fact, I had no doubt in my mind where I wanted to go to purchase an engagement ring.  I worked with Albert Schmidt, and I can say that he, and indeed the entire staff, was incredibly helpful, courteous, patient, and attentive.  I came in, filled with all the nervous excitement that one feels at such a momentous occasion in life, and was immediately put at ease by Al’s gregarious personality.  I had a budget in mind that by Simon’s normal offerings was very modest.  Regardless, at no point was I made to feel as if my business was not Al’s number one priority.  I left after my very first visit having purchased a gorgeous emerald cut diamond that my fiancé absolutely loves.  Thank you very much Al and Simons for making this first step in our commitment to each other such a pleasant and enjoyable one.  You have earned a customer for life!

After going from shop to shop all over STL, I finally discovered this place to do some work on my Breitling Colt. They replaced a couple screw heads and cleaned it up well. Free of charge. Will be going back.
