Jacob was fantastic! He made the ring buying experience very personable. They're not pushy at all and focus on figuring out what is perfect for you. The prices are more than reasonable and they have a huge selection of diamonds that get you exactly where you want to be on price, looks, and quality. I'd highly recommend Shane Co.

I have been to Shane company twice now about my engagement ring and have had the best customer service. The first to have my ring resized and they got my ring back to me within hours. The second was to have some small details repaired. When they said they couldn't repair the problem they offered to give me a new band with my diamond on it. And again, back to me the same day. I am extremely happy with the helpful and friendly staff each time I go here.

Attentive staff very wide selection will find what you want. Found the prices to be competitive. Easy to spend more than you planned. Staff ate well trained and all seemed experienced. Quieter during the week.

This was our first time at Shane Co and we had the best experience. Corey was super attentive to what I was looking for and patient going through the many options they have! When I walked in, I was a little overwhelmed but Corey made it such a fun easy visit and really made sure we understood everything about what we were purchasing. We will definitely be back!

We bought rings from Shane co. I was impressed by the way they do business.  Not pushy at all and patient while showing all the options. They can work with you so you get exactly what you want. I won't buy from anywhere else!
