Great place for a quick fix to a moving problem. Safe and secure

NOT SECURE! Padlock cut off and unit looted! Luckily there wasn't many valuables in the unit and the only thing missing was some old tools. They have cameras and apparently they are not monitored. I was told to file a police report and it would be investigated. I don't want to waste my time waiting for the police and their investigation for $100 worth of stuff. It's the principle that my unit was broken into and ripped off without anyone noticing that disturbs me.

Great location. Proximity to town is great. Always clear of hazards during inclement weather. Secure site and the 24 hour kiosk is amazing.

Needed a unit on short notice.  Customer service reps were polite and informative.  Able to buy lock at complex.  Billing was easy and I was able to prorate second month by calling before next bill was due.  Complex and unit were clean.

Storage Express will try to sell you on their to-the-day proration policy, claiming they will send a refund in 15 days. After my recent rental, those 15 days came and went, with no refund check. I contacted Storage Express about the missing refund due and was assured it was "in the mail." The following week, the check did show up, but instead of a full refund of the prorated amount, they had rounded down to an even dollar amount.  When I brought this to their attention, they refused to correct the error. Not that it'll break the bank, but on principle, I'm appalled at this dishonest practice.  Storage Express slow paid a refund that was contractually owed, sent it only after being reminded of that contractual obligation and short-changed the refund at that.  I am quite disappointed, as I'd had higher hopes from Storage Express, after the way they handled a malfunctioning door issue at the beginning of my rental.  I would suggest looking elsewhere for your storage needs unless you have time to chase after a prorated refund and don't mind that they short-change that refund.
