These are the people you want to work with! I brought in one of my wife’s rings that had had the band mangled. I didn’t know if it could be saved, but the ring had immeasurable sentimental value, so I was desperate for any help. The jewelry wizards who work there completely fixed the band in 10 minutes! It looked completely new, I could not believe my eyes. What’s more, they didn’t charge me a dime!  This is the kind of business that makes up the fabric of a community. These people actually care about their customers. And the skill! This is the only jewelry store you need in Hampton roads, a master’s skill with incredible customer service! It’s the only jewelry store I will shop at from now on!

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Tim and his team were the epitome of professionalism and excellence. They were very friendly, informative and the turn around time was quick. Overall we had a great experience at Simply Unique and would highly recommend them for your jewelry and diamond needs. Thanks guys!

We were looking for custom made wedding bands, and Simply Unique turned out to be the perfect choice. They were very helpful, creative and prompt. They gave us great service after we bought the rings as well. Very reasonable prices.

Minda and Alex were incredible at helping me to design a unique bracelet for a gift. Pricing was great, turnaround time was perfect! They communicated with me every step of the way and allowed me to see the progress and make sure it was exactly was I was looking for. Highly recommend!!!!
