I went to six other jewelers to find an engagement ring before I chose Hauser's.  Ed Miles and the rest of their staff has been extremely helpful and attentive the entire time.  

Their selection is also two steps above anyone else around.  I have gotten an engagement ring and wedding band from them so far and I won't even think about going anywhere else in the future.

Hauser's is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is becoming increasingly similar to used car dealerships.

I have been here several times now, and every time the service went above and beyond what I expected. The staff is always kind, couteous, respectful, and excited to serve you. I have never been in there when they haven't thanked me for choosing them. Especially Ed, who is always genuine, kind, and exceptionally helpful. 

On my most recent trip, I dropped off my prized-pearl ring to get it repaired. They gave me an estimate the next day to get the ring sized and pearl replaced; however, when they called I had just been in a car accident, so I told them that I wouldn't be able to afford the re-sizing because my deductable from the car accident was going to cost more than I could afford. I would however, pay for the pearl to be replaced.

When I went to pick up my ring, they resized it for me ANYWAY, free of charge, because they cared about me and wanted to make sure I could fully enjoy my beautiful ring. As long as I live in the area, I will always go here and recommend it to everyone!
