Sarah helped me. I went in because I purchased laser lipo on Groupon. Major mistake, upon getting information they want you to BURN 🔥 500 calories after leaving there within an hour time frame. I told her that was unrealistic and what's the point of the fake hot plates. She said if it didn't work, we could use the money I spent to apply it to cool sculpting OF COURSE! Way more money. Also, you have to come 3x a week for it to work but how can you do that when the aren't ever appointments available? I emailed the manager and called NO RESPONSE, do I'll just blast them everywhere and dispute the charge because I didn't receive my treatments.

Great results! Carol does a fantastic job at setting expectations and making you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Skin Matters.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but wow, this place was a disaster. On top of them never answering their phone from the get go, the second I walked in it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The lady at the front desk completely ignored me... didn’t even say hello or ask me what I was there for. The women working there were loudly arguing with eachother in front of customers, saying things like “I’m not doing this, it’s illegal I’ll lose my lisence” etc. Very awkward for a customer to overhear such things. The lady at the front desk just had the nastiest attitude ever. They overbooked appointments and weren’t going to honor them because it was near closing time even though we’d already paid for services. Myself and the other lady waiting had been there close to an hour already, I don’t even live in the area so I could not simply reschedule. The other woman said she drove 45 mins to get there and had to hire a babysitter and they wouldn’t even see her. I felt awful for her. They did end up getting me in because my procedure was short, but at that point I was pretty apprehensive of having this woman take a laser to my face after she was clearly distraught from arguing with the other girls. I will say she did a good job though regardless, she said she was new, and I felt bad for her having to deal with all that drama. Also at one point the entire building started shaking to the point where me and the other customers legitimately thought there was an earthquake. The women working there acted like nothing was going on until finally we asked and they said there was a ballet studio on the top floor? (It was 9:30pm) 🤔 This establishment is a zoo. NOT the kind of environment you’d expect when going to a medspa to get a facial. It’s supposed to be calm and relaxing. Please do not waste your time and money on such a lack of service. If I wouldn’t have already paid I would have walked out. Total nightmare.

Don't waste your time or money. I came in for laser hair removal of a small area on my face. They set the laser so low, (probably so you can continue to keep paying) that even after 6 treatments I still have the same hair and now even more growing. Terrible. Im so disappointed. I will never return or recommend.

They literally NEVER answer the phones. So it’s nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with these people. I am a loyal customer here. I purchased my package months ago and only got one single appointment in, and I had to call constantly in order to get it. The rating I gave is extremely generous considering how frustrated I am.
