Yesterday I visited Supercuts to get a trim and overheard a very hostile conversation amongst stylists. I also noticed the disrespect to what seemed to be the manager. I felt very sorry for her having to deal with that kind of disrespect while at work. She was completely embarrassed and everyone could feel the tension in the air. I frequently come to this location for trims. Wanted to make sure upper management takes care of there managers. You can definitely tell they are over worked and under paid. The lady that was in the back shampooing was way out of line. And I ended up leaving after hearing this. You come to get a hair cut to feel better not to feel sick to your stomach. The lady that was in the front who turned bright red from embarrassment NEEDS a raise! I have been in her shoes and can tell because she has cut my hair she cares and these other women could care less.

Guest are treated wonderful. All Staff are very pleasant and friendly. When you walk in your are greeted. Great place to get hair shampooed/ cut / styled.

Instead of giving me what I asked for, the lady cutting my hair gave me what she thought that I needed. Before I could tell her it was too short, it was too late. I guess I'm going to have to wait until my hair grows out again before I look normal. I'm never going here again.

They were RUDE! The young lady kept making slick comments about my friend’s hair texture. She was shaking her head and asked her to comb her own hair out. I will NEVER come here again!

For a cost effective alternative to an expensive salon, if you just want a basic haircut- this location is perfect. Perfect cleanliness, very friendly and knowledgeable about all hair types. Parking is a little tight and store is hard to find as it's overshadowed by Starbucks. I was able to receive a discount off my current haircut at check out for registering my email before the stylist began. I still have not received any spam. Their app (or call) allows you to make an appt for arrival so you will not have to wait if a line forms (think call ahead seating for restaurants). A wide variety of customers, ranging in ages and ethnicity, visited while I was there. Their professional courtesy and communication is outstanding.
