This was a terrible experience. You guys are way too strict & it sucks. Wasted our money and the required socks aren't really necessary.  Since there was something in my sock, I sat to take it out for not even a second, and I was told immediately to stand up. We can't have a little break?  Seriously, this place sucks. Supervision 24/7 is unnecessary. It's not welcoming. Never again!

Big. Spacious. Plenty of seats for parents.  Friendly staff. They try their best to fix a problem if there is one.  Frequent visitor here. My kid loves this place.

They are very rude and this is not suitable for ages 5 and under. Do NOT take your kids here if they are not able to comprehend yet. Today was my brother's 4th birthday and they we're so rude to him and told him to move. The staff are very rude and demanding towards the children.

My child loves this place especially the Glow in the dark nights.  Most of the staff are young and friendly but some are extremely strict it's very irritating and takes the fun out of things. The dodgeball game is a mess and needs to be revamped the teenagers target the younger kids.  Weekends are overcrowded prepare for a loonng wait!
