Kids love it, they have fun. Price is nice and low. Play areas are fun in two separate rooms. Parties we have been too have also been a delight, a good time. Customer service is as all other places, they need to look like they enjoy what they do. Just go enjoy your time, watch your own kids and have fun.

This location is located on Galilee street which looks like it's inside the industrial area. Upon walk in you check in. They have different play areas for the kids and each session is time. Time goes by super fast in each section. And in the party room, the staffs assist with cake cutting, pizza distribution. It's fun spot for kids because they do face painting and balloons. Overall nice kids party spot but I don't like the adult seating areas. Also, it would be nice have they had intercom instead of small little speakers announcing time to change area or move to party area. And they have only one bathroom for such a big place.

We went here because of a birthday party and had a good time.  The staff were professional and very helpful.   They coordinated food cake and other party necessities.  Overall we had a very good experience.

Not the most organized or clean area. Brought my toddler and left very shortly after. Limited space for toddlers and have a lot of older kids running around not really paying attention to their surroundings.  Parents are not always watching their children and I had to find a child's parents because he kept spitting on other kids.

No security by the front doors of which the jungle gym is next to. There is no buffer from the exit and the play area.  Due to this you really have to make sure you know where your little ones are at at all times.  There is also no food or drink bar, just vending machines.

The play areas are nice.  There are 2 hybrid jungle gym/obstacle courses.  The only downside to them is that they are in 2 separate rooms.  Which makes it hard to keep track of your kids if you have more than one.
