Comfortable bar, wonderful food, friendly atmosphere. Not overly loud, though good "jukebox" options. Nice dance floor for DJ nights. Unique painting exhibits of local artists. Open air area out back, enclosed from street. Convenient to downtown/east end.

Great dance floor, getting people up and dancing, not too easy.  Restaurant, also booths on DJ area.  Fri. and Sat. nights, DJ action.  Good tunes, nice vibe.  Will try food next visit. Variety of ages, mostly 21-35ish.

The skylark lounge is a weird strange place and I loved it. It's the epitome of a dive bar and yet it's not without it's own charm. They had live music, an easy flow of traffic, and omg their meat balls. Get some of these to sop up your troubles, or get these babys to go, especially if this is your last stop for the night.
