FRAUD. The emplyees Lied about my vehicle having serious issues that would need to be fixed immediately and very expensive parts replaced that didnt need replacing. These issues were FALSE and NONEXISTANT. They claimed that I would not make it more than a few miles down the highway before overheating. I wrote to management and got a nasty reply that implied I didnt know what I was talking about. Strange that a traveling WOMAN with kids would somehow know a thing or two about trucks.

Customer service taken to a whole new level!
Skline Motors is a first-class dealer with first rate associates truly dedicated to the goal of serving their customers’ needs. 
While picking up an amazing birthday present for a friend’s wife (a new Corvette), I had a pleasure to work with Ms. Carrie Pappenheim. Carrie is a first-rate individual and a true professional, dedicated, helpful and willing to go beyond her normal duties to ensure successful delivery. 
Case in point, Carrie sacrificed her Friday evening to stay for several hours after the official closing of the dealership, to make sure the secret gift for my friend’s wife was handed over on time. How many associates would do that for their clients…not many, but Carrie did just that. 
She is honest, straightforward, trustworthy, and does extraordinary things without fanfare in her mild and understated ways. Carrie is certainly a credit and a tremendous asset to Skyline. 
We could not be happier with Skyline and especially with Carrie’s great service. This is customer service taken to a whole new level. We are very grateful to Carrie and her whole team.
