Sleep Inn & Suites was easily located off of I-49 you only have to make one left through a light off of the Kings highway exit. When we arrived there was some police and other first responders there so we were concerned as to what might have happened. I spoke with hotel staff who assured me that everything was fine and that one guest was having trouble. We went out to dinner to let the excitement die down. When we returned everything seemed perfectly normal. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The temperature was hot so we had to make adjustments to the thermostat but with the unpredictability of weather in the south I totally understand that it would need adjustment. The complimentary breakfast was good definitely saved from spending money at some fast food restaurant. All in all our experience at Sleep Inn & Suites was a positive one. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay over night in the area.

The General Manager, Latasha Gray and Brandy, the front desk attendant, were very accommodating when we arrived with my father-in-law who is handicapped.  We felt they went the extra mile to meet all our needs.  Sleep Inn should feel fortunate to have such wonderful employees looking after their guest.  I will certainly stay at Sleep Inns in the future if this is their company standard.

Wonderful and helpful staff!  Very clean hotel, and not just the rooms, the entire hotel is very clean.  Is also very secure, must have a card to enter late at night as most hotels anyone can just walk in the front door anytime they want.  One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Shreveport, next to only the Hamilton and Hilton.  GREAT HOTEL!

We were in town due to a family member in the ICU unit. The hotel was very accommodating, the kids got to unwind in the pool , the breakfast was a much needed meal, and the staff was so courteous and respectful. Definitely a great review for this home away from home ..

The rooms were comfy and well furnished, and everywhere was clean like the lobby and halls. Also the pool and gym were nice additions! Only problems were that since the TVs are wall mounted, you can't plug in an HDMI cord or anything to play your games or watch anything from a laptop. Also, the breakfast was a bit lacking, yet had all the essentials.
