I'm giving it 5 stars because damn I love this place. There's guaranteed to be something broken in your room, whether it's the AC not working, no hot water, TV with horrible picture quality, no light bulbs, no backs to the remotes, not enough creamer with the in room coffee, telephone cords ripped out of the wall. Step outside your room and the hallway is sure to reek of some top notch, high grade, make my mouth water pot. I won't stay anywhere else in this town cause nothing can top the character of Chateau Suite

Awesome staff, beautiful hotel...
The evening concierge, Dana, was absolutely wonderful to engage in conversation and as a guide for local spots to relax in a comfortable setting without all the noise of a younger crowd.
I really enjoyed my stay at this home away from home.

Room was nice, ac worked but had seen better days. 6 channels on tv. Ice maker didn't work. Employee stated that the owner hated to spent money. Not something you would say in front of a guest. They were in middle of a remodel. Not much parking due to the remodeling.

The hotel was under construction so somethings was not working but you can see the potential happening. The rooms were a nice size the free breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.The old feel was great with the chandelier and art they were saying they were getting rid of the stair case I hope they won't it was great. All and all my trip was not bad.

TERRIBLE!!!   This hotel USED to be a great hotel. But every since the new management has taken over they have gone down hill bad. I booked a reservation for 2 night's. My room was supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator. Paid and everything when I booked it. When I got there they put me in a room that didn't have either 1. But it had a COUCH! When I asked why I didn't have a microwave and refrigerator the lady at the front desk was SUPER RUDE. Looked at me like I was an alien from another planet! She then informed me that she couldn't help me with that. All the rooms with what I PAID in advance for were booked. Needless to say. I will NEVER waste my time or money here ever again. What makes it even worse is that I still had to pay for a night that I wasn't even there. They faulse advertised and still got to keep some of my money.
