The staff here is incredibly nice. The bistro and market is a wonderful added touch. The yogurt and granola bowl is exactly what I wanted for breakfast and the Starbucks fixed my coffee perfectly. Nothing like a perfect breakfast for business travel! It's also located right on the boardwalk so you can fit in some quick shopping and walking distance to a free restaurants and the red River. This will be my place to come every time I'm on business!

Perfect place to put a hotel. Close to casinos and shop... walking distance. The room are fairly updated but we paid a lot for the room and I did find a roach in the bathroom. When you pay as much as we did it would be nice not to find that. I am sure we will be back as it is perfect for friends to stay and play.

Nice location right off the Louisiana Boardwalk, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Staff is very nice and friendly. Incidentally, Main downside is also its location. It is right next to an active (quite active) railroad track that passes within  a couple of feet of the hotel, so depending on which side of the hotel you're on (and how sensitive you are to noise) you may have a very disruptive stay.

Gym is spacious and roomy with ellipticals, treadmills and free weights. Pool is outdoors.

Really nice location on the river.  The Boardwalk is right next door with lots of shops and restaurants.  The hotel has a small cafe and also a well equipped "pantry" with food and drink.  Rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms have nice size tubs.  They are also equipped with a little coffee maker and a small fridge. No microwave.  The pool area is small bit verynice with a fire pit.

The alarm ... It went off at 1.00 am and woke me and my friends up you  said it was because a kid pulled but I believe that you are just to lazy to fix the system.  It went off again at 7.00 am and it lasted until 10.00 am  ..this is ridiculous. Your lobby is fancy and pretty the rooms are nice but seriously this is ridiculous
