When purchasing and looking for a sofa, the staff was very nice and friendly. I purchased the sofa on Monday and also paid for delivery, which they promised would be on Friday. They said I will receive a call Thursday giving me a two hour window when the sofa will be delivered. On Thursday, I received no call. When I called the delivery center they said they had no plans to deliver my couch. When I called this store (5+ times) the salesman acted like he was taking care of it. But the issue wasn't resolved because the delivery center closed. When I called the store back they placed me on hold for more than 20 mins and even hung up on me several times. It was very unprofessional and not a way to treat a paying customer. I will not shop here again.

This is a clearance center location. It is smaller than other slumberland clearance centers in the cities, but has a decent selection. Store itself I had no issues. I purchased a new sofa, loveseat, and mattress set for a upcoming move, and scheduled delivery. Salesperson was very nice, although I did not appreciate him referring to me as "honey," "sweetheart," and "beautiful" throughout the transaction. 

Delivery - zero stars. First delivery, it had just rained. My new home has very light brown plush carpet. I requested the delivery folks to remove their shoes at the door or use shoe covers indoors. They agreed. I showed them where the items went, then went to my basement to keep my dog company and stay out of the way. Came upstairs to muddy footprints all over my carpet, two men IN DIRTY SHOES standing in my living room assembling a couch, and the wrong mattress in my bedroom (and my old mattress lying in the mud outside).

To his credit, the salesperson called immediately, apologized, and said they would schedule an ASAP delivery of the correct mattress as well as remove the delivery fee. The second delivery fortunately arrived on a dry sunny day, with the correct mattress - but these delivery folks were condescending jerks, asking me "Well how could you tell you got the wrong mattress? Are you sure? Do you even know how to tell?" - but yet rolled their eyes when I insisted on looking at the tag on the mattress before they took it off the truck and into my home.

Furniture is nice. Got my prior sets from another clearance center, they lasted about 7 years before retirement to the basement (or mud, in the case of the mattress). Don't buy anything made from "wood" here. Go somewhere better.

This is a clearance center mostly and the displays are limited. The staff was very helpful though!
