I've never had a haircut that really fit me, but Smart Style knew how to get me looking smart.  Also, if you give them you e-mail, they'll send you coupons for significant savings.

Told 25 minute wait.  Sat next to customer that was told same HOUR AND A HALF before.
Sat in waiting area for one hour and saw at least 5 people come in and sit for haircut that I had not seen waiting.  There’s nowhere to check to see if you’re next, or still another hour.
Left without service or update on wait!

We are new to the area so was not sure who to go to, I had an appointment on the north side of town,  got there early, receptionist/employee she phoned stylist to let her I was there, she cancelled on me !!!!  Went to Walmart, saw the SmartStyle salon and thought, what the heck, walked in and got my haircut/totally new style with Corina.  Wow - so glad I got stood up by the other salon.  Corina knew exactly what I wanted.  My hair was down between my shoulder blades and permed 5 months ago and was looking very wild.  My hair is now tamed and styled and looks fabulous.  Thank you agin Corina, I will be back for trims etc.
