We had a great experience at Smithfields especially with D she was such a joy and her service was a cherry on top of fantastic food. The cocktails were top notch I recommend the whiskey and Ginger concoction don't remember the name but it was fresh and smooth. I had the duck and my wife the pork belly each was great. I must say the collard greens were a stand out for sides wow they were right on and a treat. Thank you Smithfields!!!

The Smithfields restaurant in Ashland Oregon is a phenomenal place to dine. The ambiance is one of a kind. They have masterful apps, amazing drinks and don't get me started on how good their entrees are. Come hungry and get ready to be blown away. I tell everyone I know how great this place is. It is a secret that is kept too well.

Excellent roasted marrow bones with pickled vegetables. Makes my mouth water just remembering . Good service. Nice menu. Unabashedly carnivore. A bit too loud on Saturday night.

Smithfields is by far the best gatropub I have been to in the last decade. Everything I tried was very good. There's talent from the top all the way down and it shows in the attention the detail. On weekend nights and during Shakespeare fest I would recommend making reservations as seating is limited.

Expertly grilled/roasted/smoked meats, nice atmosphere. What more could you want? Tty the weekend brunch menu!
