Let me first say the staff are super friendly and the service is very good. The food is  pretty good, but sometimes is a bit cool when it comes out, i prefer my food to be warm/hot. The amount of food you get for the price is hands down a great deal. Overall great local BBQ establishment.  Also, Smoke N Pit does have a few local craft beers on draft.

I would first like to say that I went to this restaurant over a year ago and I remember it well. And also, our waitress this last time was excellent. She was very attentive and offered suggestions, even said hello to our daughter.

The food itself is okay, nothing really spectacular. It's barbecue in the standard sense of the word. Smoke spare ribs, baby back ribs, brisket, baked beans, Etc. I don't believe we will be returning anytime soon, the food was not the best or even average of what we are used to.

But like I said, our waitress was awesome.

Great food and really big servings at a great price. Southern hospitality at its finest. Staff is wonderful and they make you feel at home.

Did take out, July 4th wanting Barbecue Ribs. Ordered 2 dinners, one with full rack of Ribs, the other Chicken ( all white meat) and Ribs. We received two little bit of beans in small containers, one could get better in the grocery, and the same with coleslaw. 
The Ribs were ok, chicken the same. Edible but should have just cooked myself. $31
I would not recommend, and will not return.
