Employees lack serious customer service training. They speak brusquely at you over the drive-thru speaker, then at the window they hand you your food without even looking at you or saying a single word like you're inconveniencing them. It's been like this for years. I come here once in a blue moon when I want a Frosty, but I come with with the lowest of expectations. I guess that's the problem. As long as they are still making money, the higher ups don't care what's happening at the store and complaints like all these negative Google reviews (that go back years) go unaddressed.

Fresh my ass coldest burger ever at 2:36 pm and only waited 5 seconds in drive thru for food so meat is definitely not fresh use to work at Wendy's and definitely taste like their serving meat and fries after hold times have expired

Employees were friendly and it was very clean and well stocked. Food was excellent as always.

The workers are rude every time I go. Food is always cold and prepared wrong and the wait time in insane. There is zero value for your money and I'm not sure if I mentioned how rude they are.

Junior Bridgeman, retired NBA player owns this WENDYS and a string of them in the Southeast. Long wait times and cold burgers and fries. Lousy rude immigrant employees that could care less.. Many black people acquire things based on affirmative action, quota systems, and sometimes bc they are black.. NOT on know how and hard work. This Wendys is a good example of that occurrence. Junior, go back to entertaining people dribbling a ball.. You SUCK at owning a Wendys franchise..
