Shopping at Smyth is the way every shopping experience should be. The people are down to earth, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The jewelry is beautiful, top of the line quality, and there is a great variety to choose from. My family exclusively shops at Smyth for all of our watch and jewelry needs. We have tried other places but none compare to Smyth!

Always an Amazing experience at Symth! From the moment I walked in being greeted in a relaxed friendly atmosphere till the time I left, truly a wonderful experience. Chris was more than helpful and kind in the purchase of a new Pandora bracelet showing me everything I needed to know. He is a wonderful young man with a great personality, very respectful, and a tremendous asset to the entire Smyth family!

Smyth is absolutely CLUTCH!!! I waited until the last minute to purchase my wife something for Valentine’s Day. I walked into the Annapolis location at 3:30 to buy a gift with reservations for dinner at 7:30. Stephen Fischer greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for, but that location didn’t quite have exactly what I wanted, close but not exactly . Stephen tracked it down at the Elliott City Smyth location but I didn’t have time to make it Ellicott City and back in time for dinner, so, he said don’t worry about it, I will make it happen! He somehow managed to get it from the Elliott City Smyth to the Annapolis store, get it wrapped and and personally drop it off with the manager where I was having dinner. That is the kind of service that makes a customer for life.

Whenever I’m looking for that special gift, whether it be for my wife, family member or special friend I always think Smyth first., There are knowledgeable and courteous Sales consultants always are helpful in finding just the right gift. That special gift that makes the individual smile and feel very special. And should there be a problem, which is very rare, they have a customer service that is bar none the best. Your problem is handled with the upmost professionalism and courtesy , And never a question as to the validity of how this problem or return came about. And from repair service side I can’t say enough as to their High quality standards which they operate. I have had several items repaired or sized in the case of rings, bracelets, and watches, and the work that was done has always top quality. One last thing is in regards to their diamond selection. We recently (in the last two years ) upgraded my wife’s wedding ring with the help of Wanda Rosewell , and I must tell you there is not a day that goes by that someone does a remark of how beautiful my wife’s wedding rings are . That makes my wife feel very special, and makes me happy to see her feel that way, because she is special. Thank you Smyth.
