Today was my first day walking into this location. As soon as I walked in, Jason immediately acknowledged me and asked what were my interests... I walked in with a price range and he definitely understood that. Jason still took time to go over the different watches, makes and pricing that I was concerned with. Although it was out of my price range, Jason was still willing to give info about the different selections. I left the store with a smile and a better understanding of what I was looking for. I literally got a few yards away from the store, stopped, turned around and walked back in. As I entered the door, Jason was right there! I gave him a smile and a thumbs up and said let’s go!! He smiled and help me pick out the perfect watch!! Jason definitely has a client for life! I appreciate his customer service but his genuine personality was best!! Thanks so much, Radcliffe!!!

We have been purchasing jewelry from Radcliffe Jewelers for more than a decade. Most recently, we bought a Breitling Watch as a Christmas gift. Kristin, our sales associate, did an outstanding job of explaining the many different features of several top brand name watches before we made our decision.  Her follow up was excellent throughout the buying process and she gave us the best price we could find on this particular watch of any other jeweler in the Baltimore area.  We will continue to shop at Radcliffe for all of our future jewelry needs and make sure we ask for Kristin as our go-to salesperson.  Thank you Radcliffe and Kristin for making this process such a positive experience.

Excellent quality, fair prices, and knowledgeable staff. My first big jewelry purchase was an engagement ring. I was not able to afford a large carrot diamond ring. The staff pushed me to go with a smaller diamond with a higher clarity and cut diamond and it made all the difference. I am very satisfied with my purchase. My wife loves the ring and gets compliments on it all the time.

I completed a flawless transaction with Erik and Radcliffe Jewelers.  I was not only impressed with the customer service and professionalism but the quality of the item was much better than expected.  I’m very happy with my experience and would happily recommend them to anyone.  I fully intend to turn to Radcliffe for further jewelry and high end watch purchases.  Having dealt with other jewelry stores that seem pushy and leave one doubting the intentions of the store and quality of the item, my experience was just the opposite.  Expect nothing but transparency and honest professionalism.  Buy with confidence.

Our family loves Radcliffe!! They have been our family and extended family jewelers for over 50 years.  All the jewelry I wear everyday was bought at Radcliffe.  They made my custom engagement ring and I get more compliments on it.  From my watch to rings to earring to necklaces and bracelets. Everything was bought from Todd or Renee at Radcliffe’s. We trust them to everything.  Our bridal registry was there as well. If you ever want to be truly taken care of and love your experience go see Todd at Radcliffe.  Even though we live thousands of miles away we always come back to Radcliffe.
