The entire team at Meritage Jewelers is amazing! They were involved from start to finish with the custom design and production of my engagement & wedding ring. Not a day goes by I don't receive a compliment from a stranger about my rings!  Every time I am at Meritage Jewlwers  the entire team makes me feel like part of their family. They truly understand what exceptional customer service is.  By far the best jewelry store Maryland has ever had.

I worked with Erin Jones to select an engagement ring. My significant other sat down with Erin prior to my involvement to select the setting, diamond cut, and band. I selected the actual diamond.  I am a curious buyer who took considerable time sifting through diamond options and then laboring over the final stone selection. What I like most about working with Erin was her practicality and her focus on understanding preference. She guided me to the most value for my wallet. Erin also appropriately reminded me about the expressed wants of my significant other throughout the stone selection process. The final decision was easy because Erin demonstrated value in clear terms. My terms. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what "she" imagined!!  I would recommend Erin to my close friends and family.

If you’re looking for a place that knows the jewelry business better than anyone and treats you like family, Meritage Jewelers is the place to go. That is what I discovered when I began my search for an engagement ring. Meritage is the place I first looked and it ended up being the only place that I went to. When I first walked in, it blew me away how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. In my experience with Meritage, I discovered that they have an expert staff that know jewelry better than anyone and were patient with me as I went back and forth on different options. It is safe to say that they worked with me every step of the way. Kevin was the employee that helped and he was the one that made all of dreams and wishes a reality. 

From the first time we met, I told him what I was looking for in a ring and he told me he would help me find the perfect one. He ended up working nonstop to keep that promise. It did not matter what the time of day was, he would send me pictures of different rings to see what my thoughts were. That showed me the type of commitment that Meritage has to satisfying their customers and I knew that I made the right decision by going with them. 

In the end, Meritage made the process of finding an engagement ring simplistic and enjoyable. Needless to say, if you are looking for a jewelry store that will put your interest first and work with like you’re family, then Meritage is the place to go.

Had an absolute great experience at Meritage. Just happened to drive by their store on our way to shop for wedding bands at another local jewelers. Didn't have a great experience at the other store, so stop by Meritage on our way home. Brian was fabulous! He helped me find a custom made ring that beautifully compliment my engagement ring and had it to us within our 2 week time frame. He also helped my now husband to explore the pros and cons of various metals for his band and pick the perfect option. They were able to size my engagement ring while we shopped for bands which was awesome! Most places wanted to send it out and it would have taken over a week, Meritage did it in less than 30 mins. We'll be back for sure!

Absolutely fantastic customer service.  Zero "pressure" and very solution oriented while also being very patient and accommodating.  I had a few special requests, as I am sure any one shopping for an engagement ring might have, and it was a non issue start to finish.  They happily and promptly communicate via text, even after hours! 10/10 would go back and recommend them to a friends/family.
