We are not too big and not too small. There is a variety of high end cardio equipment with your own individual TV and video monitor. The Circuit resistance machines will isolate certain muscle groups to help tone, and strengthen. These are low profile machines to enable clear vision throughout the gym. We have a full sized classroom that will have both video and live instructor lead classes. The video lead classes range from basic stretching and yoga to high intensity interval training. We also have free weights and cable machines to incorporate into your strength training regimen. And, yes, there are shower rooms to refresh yourself after your workout! And our personal trainers are there to make certain that you know how to use the equipment properly, and assist getting you started on setting and reaching your health and fitness goals.
