Wasn't clean and the equipment was subpar. Half the machines I used wore torn up or didn't work properly. World Gym in Springdale is much better.

Decent gym. They have a nice amount of equipment. Their customer service could use some work. The reason I gave them a 1 star is because they're always playing Drake.

I am a serious lifter, and I have been working out at this gym at least 6 days a week in past 5 years. I can tell you this is the best gym around the town. I have lost 80 pounds since I joined the gym 5 years ago.

Great weight machines and heavy enough free weights equipments are satisfactory for all fitness workouts.

The new addition to the gym is a dedicated powerlifting room, giving a lot more options for different lifters.

The high level of motivational culture of this gym is the most important aspect when you get to know the regulars, you rarely see lazy people chatting around. Everyone seems to focus on getting healthy and fit.

Overall this is the best gym around, the equipments and weights are all set for you to get fit and strong. Get to know some gym buddies and keep it up.

Fayetteville location CLOSED. Paid full yr membership 2 months prior. Showed up to workout one day to see a sign posted saying they moved to a "new" Springdale location. contract states no refund for full contract payments.

The only nice thing I can say about World Gym is they have nice facilities- clean, new equipment, etc.
HOWEVER, they are horrible with customer service, most of the people they have working in there have NO CLUE what's going on, if you ask them a question about anything they will take a week (if ever) to get an answer from someone else. They told me I could get out of my contract at anytime when I signed up (I was hesitant to get into a contract for such a long period [they would only let me sign up for TWO YEARS]) but when I tried to cancel my membership they would only allow me to reduce my services to a cheaper price. I was a member of their women's gym in Fayetteville but then they took it out and didn't notify anyone (or try to remove the fee from my bill-why would that be their job, right?)..I was also able to go to the other club locations; I went to swim in Lowell one day and they had closed the entire gym for good and again, didn't notify anyone or adjust my bill accordingly..
THANK GOD ABC Financial was able to help me weasel out of my contract .
Needless to say, you should reconsider if you are thinking about joining this gym. Their only concern is to get as much money out of you as possible... and in some instances- STEAL money from you
