It's a public office so I expected a wait but it wasn't that bad. Of course I had a phone and a book with me. When I was called the employee was very helpful and nice.

Cause I been seat too long to waiting for called name but I feeling that too long I was thought that it suppose to be faster but it's not it's very very terrible to waiting for.....

This place is horrible, doesn't even deserve ONE STAR. Wait time is 3 hours plus [if your lucky] been in here since 10am and it's almost 3pm and I haven't been seen yet. They really need to come up with a better process, this just terrible ppl have to wait this long for service.....Where are the negative stars at...
