I'm here *3/12/2018 & they have a weakness in their system. That weakness is the check-in process. They have 1 maybe 2 counters for checking in & that causes alot of time wasted in getting people in and out quickly. Also this office needs to have everybody working here qualified to do what everyone else is qualified to do (the clerks), that way you don't have to check in, then wait to see someone else to take care of what business you came to handle.

I love this place it was nice and clean even the bathroom and has the best hot water to wash your hands and the lady security officers greet you at the door and are always pleasant always smiling. When I needed help the security was right on it very helpful and the workers in front were very nice and the workers in back were pleasant as well they did a wonderful job helping me and the others I brought with me. I've visited this place very often and my experience is always a pleasure. Oh and those security ladies are very professional and watch everything I can say one thing I feel safe when I go there. I give this office 100% for effort.

Went today to get my replacement card with my new last name I was actually dreading the wait since all the reviews kept saying it was a very long wait! To my surprise it was actually not bad was in and out within 30minutes parking is horrible do, mainly with people thinking they can just be in the middle of the parking lot to drop off people in the front door I think they should have someone out there telling them they must move not only do they do that but also take their sweet time SMH. The representative that I got was also very nice did have a bit of an attitude but who wouldn't after hearing how some people talk to them!

After reading other reviews, l was hesitant to go to this site. However, l was in and out within 60 minutes. I was interviewed by Mrs. Ford. She was professional and very informative. I was very pleased.

The security guards are extremely rude and disrespectful. The wait time is extremely long compared to the office on stony island who has less booths. I walked out the.office to take a phone call not realizing the time. When I returned shortly I was told I could not re enter because they were closed. When u showed them my ticket they said my number had already been called which i knew was not true because there were atleast a 10 people ahead of me. When I wanted to get names so I could make a complaint I was told the police would be called. I left the property when a friend who happened to also be in the office texted me and told me that my number had just been called. It was very important to me to have my business done that day instead I was met with unprofessional people who basically snickered in my face because they wanted to go home instead of doing the jobs they signed up for hate this office and will only be returning if I have no choice.
