I just got off the phone with a customer service rep named Terry.  I intended to take the survey after the call but forgot and hung up.  I'd like to just tell someone how professional, helpful and courteous Terry was to me.  Wish I knew his last name but hopefully there's only one Terry in that unit.  Thank you.

There ticketing computer was down when i went to kinda hectic. But they still had a system and got me out pretty quickly despite of the handicap.
